CSV checks happen on your device
The free checker reads the CSV you select in your browser. The application does not upload that file or its contents to a server. Results and any generated downloads are created locally. The application does not save catalog contents for a later visit. Downloaded files remain wherever you save them on your device.
The checker does not connect to your WooCommerce store. Do not include customer records, credentials, payment details, or other sensitive data in a product file you use for testing.
Website requests and hosting
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. Loading a web page sends ordinary network information such as your IP address and request details to the hosting provider. Cloudflare may process this information to deliver and protect the service. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of end-user network data.
The site application does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or a visitor account system. It does not sell catalog files or inquiry information.
Inquiry drafts stay local until you send them
The request composer uses the service choice and details you enter to prepare an editable message in your browser. If you choose to add the checker summary, the draft receives summary counts rather than product row contents. Preparing a draft does not submit an inquiry. The application does not send or save these details to a server, and it does not attach your selected CSV.
If you choose a copy control, the prepared request or public email address is placed on your device’s clipboard. Selecting Open email draft opens your email application with a draft. Review the message and any attachments you add yourself before sending. Copying a request or opening a draft does not send it.
If you choose to send an inquiry, your email provider and the receiving email service process the message and any attachments. The service operator uses the information you send to discuss your request, prepare a quote, and carry out work you approve. Send a small redacted sample first. Do not send store passwords or a complete customer export.
Questions and changes
Use the contact option displayed in the paid-help section for questions about an inquiry you have sent or to request removal of supplied files. Before sharing sensitive business information, agree on how it will be transferred, who will access it, and how long it will be kept.
This policy describes the browser-local checker and inquiry draft workflow. It will be updated if the site adds server uploads, accounts, payment processing, or analytics.
